The Ukrainian first lady, Olena Zelenska, revealed the statistics at the United for Justice conference in Lviv.
"Our top priority at the moment, besides providing psychological assistance to everyone affected, is to ensure that justice is served and that the perpetrators are punished," she said.
According to the first lady, the prosecutor's office is investigating 171 cases of sexual crimes committed by Russian troops in Ukraine. These are only the cases that were reported by the victims.
Among the victims were men and minors. 39 males and 13 minors have been subjected to acts of sexual violence, prosecutors say.
